Okay guys welcome back. I was busy with UNIVERSITY applications. AND movies too. So here's whatever I was doing on streaming platforms since the past 3 months.

After the Stranger Things fever died down, I was stuck on reels again. I did not want to read a book because somehow my brain categorises it as neglecting school since it's more "official" than watching something. Season 2 of Percy Jackson started airing at the time of Stranger Things but that was only weekly. I was well onto studying maths at this time.

I found this series absolutely amazing as someone who hasn't read the books. I can only but trust that the books were done justice. I cannot really emphasise how good the series is—visit Prime yourself. If you want to watch the series now, it's the perfect time since the next season doesn't come out until the end of this year.

Then, I found evening dinners accompanied with His Dark Materials, another series my brother had started. Now if you have brothers, or siblings for that matter, it's an unspoken rule to sit through whatever the other person is watching. So again, I couldn't back out. I only watched season 1 of this series since someone's HBO membership ran out. It's quite a sci-fi, technical type so it's better to watch it over the summer, alone.

Next, we have Gilmore Girls on the list. I don't know why, but I found it absolutely trash near the end (I still have 2 seasons to go). I was very close to calling it my comfort drama since it was quite chill to watch. But just no. You CAN watch it if you like rom-coms. However, in the meantime, I was influenced by a masterpiece.

Finally, just a week ago, I discovered Anne with an E after a whole decade of my lifetime. Let me carefully choose my words now. Top 3. COULD be top 2. This series really hit home and it was one season per day, easily. Apparently, the books are classic non-fiction instead of the slow burn shown in the series. I kid you not that I almost died near the end. The feeling is indescribable.

Now the list might not be a very long one, although I assumed it would be, but there was related stuff that I was doing in between movies like scrolling through edits over and over—and bed-rotting Netflix games. Boggle on Netflix is basically scrabble but better. Party Crasher is the imposter game but animated. If hosting gatherings or parties is boring, now you know what to do.
